Painting: A Digital Detox

Recently, I've been inspired to get creative in a more hands-on way by picking up paints and brushes. Part of the reason is undoubtedly that, like most of us, I spend too much time glued to screens due to work. That's why I turned to painting as an excellent way to have a digital detox and creatively unwind.

In my opinion painting offers the perfect escape from screens while still allowing me to stay creative and feel productive. What's more, it's incredibly therapeutic and deeply fulfilling.

The beauty of it is that you don't need to create museum-worthy masterpieces to benefit from this activity. The true value lies in the creative process itself, and even experimenting with a palette of colors brings immense joy.

In fact, painting is extremely beneficial for our brain and overall well-being. Here are some of the benefits:

With this particular painting, I did not have an exact vision; I just squeezed out a few colors and started to blend them together. It truly felt satisfying. Eventually, I ended up with a pastel mix of greens and pinks, and then I decided to paint the daisies and I named it " Daisy Dream" 😀 .
